3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, embellishment-required brand restrictions, or pricing/description errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund promptly.

4. Pricing & Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate pricing. However, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your full payment card details; they are handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms. Refunds typically settle to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms, methods, and free-shipping eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
