Shipping Policy

Methods
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses across the continental United States. We use a mix of major carriers — UPS, FedEx, and USPS — selected per shipment based on package size, destination, and carrier capacity. The exact carrier is shown on the tracking notification.
Standard ground shipping is the default option at checkout. Expedited options may be available on a per-order basis; contact us if you need a guaranteed delivery date.
Free Shipping
Standard ground shipping is free on continental US orders that meet our published threshold of $79 (subtotal after discounts). The current threshold is shown in the shipping banner on every page and on your cart.
Loyalty members and tax-exempt accounts may qualify for a lower threshold. Check your account for the rate that applies to you.
Free shipping does not apply to expedited methods, oversized shipments (large quantities, full cases), or addresses outside the continental US.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders typically process within 1 business day. Standard ground delivery within the continental US generally takes 3–7 business days from ship date, depending on origin warehouse and destination. Multi-warehouse orders may arrive in multiple packages on different days.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays (weather, holiday volume, customs for HI/AK) are outside our control.
Tracking
You'll receive a "Your order has shipped" email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the package. You can also see tracking on your order history page.
Address Accuracy
You're responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Packages returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address may incur reshipment fees. If you spot an error after placing an order, email us immediately — we can often fix it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, first check with neighbors and your local carrier — most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If after 48 hours it hasn't surfaced, email support@standardblanks.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier claim.
For damaged shipments, please report within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents. We'll either reship or refund per our Refund Policy.
International & Non-Continental
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses are evaluated case-by-case; email us before placing the order so we can quote shipping accurately.
